Atlas TruPattern™

A complimentary service from Atlas for projects using ACFoam® CrossVent or ACFoam® Nail Base.

Every roof is different; every job is different. Atlas TruPattern provides a project-specific fastening pattern based on your roof’s unique conditions, including wind speed, snow load, slope, seismic factors and more. Reports are available with or without a licensed engineer’s stamp.

Each Atlas TruPattern™ report includes:

  • A comprehensive, job-specific fastening pattern report
  • Fastener requirements per 4' × 8' board
  • Identification of roof zones and corresponding fastening patterns
  • Project-specific data and supporting calculations

To minimize the effect of thermal bridging, and the impact of moisture/air flow into the system, Atlas recommends installing a multi-layer insulation system using a base layer of ACFoam® roof insulation.
